Superior wine. The remarkable greenish yellowish colour turns into a light yellow with gold reflection by aging. It has a specific expressed flavour of a green apple and a full harmonious and in the end a specific bitterish taste. Excellent with white meat, white noble fresh water fish, frog-legs, grilled meals, fish stews and grilled catfish with vegetables.
