PINOT SIVI
Superior wine. Soft wine with a strong body and a specific flavour. Yellow-greenish colour with an additive of golden. The sweet grey pinot is delicious with desserts, but also with goose liver in cognac sauce. It is enjoyable with savoury dishes, roasted pork, beef, goose, meat with sauces and meals from noble fish, stews or risotto with smoked fresh water fish.
