SAUVIGNON
Superior wine – half-sweet. This is a rich and harmonious wine with a full nutmeg flavour and fragrance, particular elder bouquet somewhat like apricot. It is delicious with white meat dishes served with sauces and noble fish and desserts (cheese strudel, cheese cake).
